The origins of Jägermeister can be traced back over 80 years to the small town of Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Since production began here, ginger root has been a key ingredient in our complex blend of 56 herbs and spices. Which is, of course, why Jägermeister goes so naturally with ginger beer - especially served with ice, lime and cucumber. We call it a Root56. A celebration of our deepest bonds, and a worthy accompaniment to yours.
With its unmistakable flavor and warming character, Jägermeister is one of the world’s best-loved drinks, bringing people together wherever it is enjoyed.

JÄGERHAUS READING FESTIVAL 2016
If you weren’t in the JägerHaus at Reading Festival 2016, where were you? Check out our photo gallery to re-live the action!
Everything kicked off to a phenomenal start on Thursday, with mega DJ sets from the likes of Daniel P. Carter (Radio 1), Alcopop Records and DJ Target. The JägerHaus was packed to the brim while everyone was loving the epic tunes, getting them fully in the mood for the next three days.
The line-up was massive as ever! We had incredible sets from Demob Happy, Get Inuit, Gnarwolves, The Academic, Waco, Asylums, Elf Kid, Freak, Matrix & Futurebound, The Kenneths, Kioko, Man & the Echo, Rocky NTI, The Rupees and The Skints! So many amazing bands, but that wasn’t it… Not only did we have Daniel P. Carter, Alcopop Records and DJ Target on Thursday, but we also had insane DJ sets from Hinds, Killing Moon Records vs Abbie McCarthy, Phil Taggart (Radio 1), 37 Adventures, Star. One, Koven, Deja Bruh and Shikari Sound System. Absolutely class! Could this be our best yet…?
The serves and shots were needed, as the weather was scorching. And everyone knows our Ice Cold serves are the perfect way to cool down!
Make sure to catch up with our Challenge 56 interviews with Gnarwolves, Koven, The Skints, Demob Happy and Asylums! Great bands? Check. Emoji cushions? Check. Giant stag’s head? Check. Yep, these live interviews really did have it all. Check our social channels to watch the results!
A HUGE thankyou to the festival organisers, and to everyone performed, DJ’d and took part in our Challenge 56 interviews in the JägerHaus. And thanks to all you festival-goers who kept the good vibes going all weekend! Next stop, Bestival!
