The origins of Jägermeister can be traced back over 80 years to the small town of Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Since production began here, ginger root has been a key ingredient in our complex blend of 56 herbs and spices. Which is, of course, why Jägermeister goes so naturally with ginger beer - especially served with ice, lime and cucumber. We call it a Root56. A celebration of our deepest bonds, and a worthy accompaniment to yours.
With its unmistakable flavor and warming character, Jägermeister is one of the world’s best-loved drinks, bringing people together wherever it is enjoyed.

JÄGER CURTAIN CALL
Opportunities can be few and far between on a band’s road to success. The Internet gives artists a limitless platform to share their music, but in reality it’s harder than ever to get noticed. Jägermeister and DIY Magazine are teaming up to give bands, deserving of a step up, their big break. With the road to success an increasingly daunting challenge, Jäger and DIY are enlisting the help of one specific, historic road in East London.
Curtain Call centres along Curtain Road, a hub of music creativity in London’s Shoreditch. Home to the some of the world’s best independent labels - Wichita, Bella Union, Secretly Canadian & many more - it crams together music, fashion and culture, making it the perfect location for a new band to take their next step.
With Curtain Call, bands can record at Strongroom Studios (Thom Yorke and Bjork both recently recorded there), and can get image and visual advice from fashion stylists, do a photoshoot at Shoreditch or Curtain Road studios, before topping everything off with a showcase gig at iconic venues like The Old Blue Last and Queen of Hoxton. Curtain Road gives bands the opportunity to do anything. They can produce a video, define their style, record a hit and play the gig of their lives, all in the stretch of EC2.
