The origins of Jägermeister can be traced back over 80 years to the small town of Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Since production began here, ginger root has been a key ingredient in our complex blend of 56 herbs and spices. Which is, of course, why Jägermeister goes so naturally with ginger beer - especially served with ice, lime and cucumber. We call it a Root56. A celebration of our deepest bonds, and a worthy accompaniment to yours.
With its unmistakable flavor and warming character, Jägermeister is one of the world’s best-loved drinks, bringing people together wherever it is enjoyed.

Are you a Bauhaus inspired designer or innovator looking to trial your first outlet? A Soho artist or filmmaker who wants a more public canvas or a Germanic foodie with a taste for business? A record store owner who wants to do a Soho music pop-up? Or just someone with a love for all things German and /or Soho who has an idea which is big and clever?
There will be a series of 2 month residencies in 2017. We are providing the space, power and facilities (water and toilets) and the rest is down to you.
We will of course help with the publicising and promotion of your residency. So far we’ve had the delicious Brünch and ultra stylish Family Store take over the space and we’ve loved having them.
There will be a shortlist then pitching process for the residencies so if you would like to put yourself forward then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information
1) Some information about you and your business experience
2) What exactly you want to use the space for
3) Any relevant links to your social media platforms, company website etc
There will then be a shortlisting process and we will get back in touch to let you know if you have made that shortlist or not. Good luck!!
We truly look forward to hearing from you and your vision for the space.
