The origins of Jägermeister can be traced back over 80 years to the small town of Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Since production began here, ginger root has been a key ingredient in our complex blend of 56 herbs and spices. Which is, of course, why Jägermeister goes so naturally with ginger beer - especially served with ice, lime and cucumber. We call it a Root56. A celebration of our deepest bonds, and a worthy accompaniment to yours.
With its unmistakable flavor and warming character, Jägermeister is one of the world’s best-loved drinks, bringing people together wherever it is enjoyed.

If you’re reading this it means you managed to survive the recent #JagerZombie outbreak, congratulations! Luckily we were able to capture some of the terrifying action and - now that the panic is over (or is it?) - we can begin to look back on the horror (almost) fondly.
This was our biggest Halloween yet and we had so much fun launching the outbreak and it was great to see so many people getting involved and into the zombie spirit!
We told a tale of the average day for a pair of zombies with our ‘Day In The Death’ video which turned a fair few heads! This peaceful look was soon overtaken by the BREAKING NEWS that zombies were starting to turn violent and attack humans - you can check out just how chaotic things got!
We also teamed up with World Zombie Day and set out across London with hordes of zombies in all shapes and sizes. Luckily we had a decontamination tent on try and stop more people from being infected and, to celebrate possibly saving mankind, we took over Piccadilly Institute for World Zombie NIGHT! With profits going to St Mungo’s charity the party did good while being zombified to the max!
In the build-up to Halloween we’ve been on hand to help out with all sorts of spooky ideas - whether it’s making your own fake blood, giving your zombie make-up the finishing touches or getting your prosthetics game on point. We’ve also been giving out recipes and showing you how to create some spook-tacular Halloween cocktails thanks to brand ambassador Florian Beuren.
Loads of people have also got involved by sending us their very own #JagerZombie selfies across social media throughout October and some of them have been truly frightening. It has been great to see so many of you getting involved and making this Halloween extra special!
A massive thank you to everyone that took part for helping this Halloween become our favourite one yet! Let’s hope the zombies don’t come back for a year or so...
